Wedding Colors for 2010

Wondering on on what colors your bridesmaid dresses should be or how to decorate the reception tables so that they POP? Here are some ideas:
TURQUOISE is Pantone's color of the year for 2010. If you want to go bold, turquoise and bright yellow is a classic Spring color scheme that is also very tropical and great for your destination wedding.
BRIGHT ORANGE is the comeback color. Use it in a monochromatic scheme like pairing it with peach tones. Think orange petals, peach colored gift boxes with orange ribbons, Tifgerlilies, orange gerberas.
BLACK is the new black. In 2009 we saw black and white dresses and cakes and now we see accents of black flowers and acessories coupled with red, white or turquoise tableclothes. Even black flower centerpieces and bridesmaid gowns.
BOLD COLORS like cobalt blue, deep purple, hot pink and red. Red and white can add some romance to a Spring wedding!
METALLICS like silver, grey, steel blue, gold and darkened rust
If you pick a bold color a growing trend is to have a monochromatic color scheme. So if you pick Cobalt Blue, you can combine that with a light blue to get the look.
FEATHERS are being incorporated into the designs and add accents to the flower arrangments and bouquets for 2010 as well! Peacock feathers are hot!
