When you are choosing your honeymoon destiantion does an adventure tour come mind? It sure did for Heather and Jeff as they embarked on a Culinary Adventure Tour of India. What could be more romantic than the Taj Mahal and the love story behind it? Thank you Heather and Jeff for sharing your experience:
Wedding date: August 8, 2009
Honeymoon date: November 1-21, 2009
Location: India
Why did you pick this location:
"I thought it was a unique place to go on a honeymoon, and I don't have a lot of interest in sitting on a beach so I prefer to have a more adventurous trip like this."
Advice to future honeymooners:
"Honeymooners spending any time in Delhi might add eye drops and throat lozenges to their packing list.
Also, try to get small denominations of rupees. we had 1000's and had a hard time getting change for them."
Testimonial:
"Everything went according to plan, which is a real accomplishment in India! It was so nice to have a travel agent who I can trust to do as thorough a job as I would do for myself!"

Best moment of the honeymoon:
The Taj Mahal, Moonlight dinner under the stars in Karuli, Emergency chai in the rain, death defying traffic in Delhi, shopping in Mumbai...how can I choose?!
